Dark Matter Transit – Synopsis

Dark Matter Transit - Planet Earth Space Wars

Dark Matter Transit (DMT) is a new way to travel the cosmos

Geoffrey Holder, is an Airman stationed at Royal Air Force Greenbrook in the United Kingdom. He was walking back to his quarters after an evening visit to the local pub where he played darts for the pub team.

Above him extreme natural events are taking place high in the night sky and hidden from Earth by the rmoon, a leviathan space ship is quietly surveying the Earth’s flora and fauna and recording its public entertainment channels. The spaceship is manned by the descendants of slaves captured from Earth by the RAP empire who forcibly bred them to increase their numbers. Eventually the slaves overthrew their masters and subsumed their empire.

Through an accident of nature and technology Geoffrey Holder is beamed aboard the spaceship and it is impossible to reverse the process, so he remains on board and he becomes a valued member of the crew. The spaceship engages Dark Matter Transit (DMT) to traverse the universe.

This book will take you through the stars to partake in new experiences and adventures from space wars, a planet peopled only by robots, to space creatures that can devour all biological life on a planet and to a gentle growing romance and, then, even the planet Earth is in danger!

About The Author

Dark Matter Transit - Nature And Technology Spaceship

I was born at South Woodham Ferrers in the county of Essex, England, in February 1936. Keen on football, cricket, swimming, fishing, and woodwork, I played football for my school and on and off for two other villages. South Woodham Ferrers was rural in those days and my first job was a tractor driver. I still number that as one of the finest occupations, where one can look back at the end of the day and see the work that they have done that day, and the changes they have wrought upon the landscape. I joined the Royal Air Force as a Boy Entrant and trained to become a telegraphist and over the next twenty-four years I traveled to, and served in many countries of the world before retiring to Holland. Later returning to the United Kingdom to pursue yet another military occupation. My writing career started rather late in life at the age of 83, and now I have two books published in the Dark Matter Transit series and, No 3, is on the blocks to be published in 2021, Covid permitting.
