About the Author
My name is Brian Fulginiti, and I am a life coach, author and motivational speaker. I am a college graduate with two degrees: Audio and Studio Production along with Software Engineering. During my journey through life, I have faced a lot of challenging events that I knew I had to find a way to overcome. This was when I started reading to learn more about how we can control our thoughts and how we usually overthink unchangeable events. From that day forward I was dedicated to thinking positively, keeping my focus on today and planning for tomorrow.
