About the Author
Born in Cape Town, South Africa, Jacki has always been a book lover, devouring science fiction and fantasy tales when she was growing up. This love of science fiction and space opera has expanded as the years have gone by.
She currently lives in Hampshire in the UK with a moody tabby cat, two sons and husband, along with the many other book characters that talk to her throughout her day.
Jacki studied design in her younger years, and has always felt the need to express herself creatively. When the idea to write her first book came up, she grabbed it with both hands and decided to give it a go.
