A native of Jamaica, Queen Majeeda, is a recording artist, published poet, and educator. She has performed her poetry, given lectures, and taught poetry writing workshops in a variety of venues in Jamaica and the United States. She has also worked a journalist and holds a B.A. in English and an M.A. in International Relations, and is listed in Who’s Who in Jamaican Arts and Entertainment.
