About The Author

Nicholas Casaletto pic

Nicholas Casaletto was born and raised in Boston, MA. At a young age, Nick developed a passion for creative writing that would forever be a part of him. He started out writing poetry, mostly love poems, and then onto more adult orientated content.

His passion for writing brought him into the journalism field, becoming a film critic and entertainment writer for the online publication, “We Live Entertainment.” There, Nick has kept an online portfolio of constantly written content since 2013. He grew up a film buff, and with a passion for writing, this job would be ideal for him, though it wasn’t exactly the creative outlet Nick strove for.

His first series “The Cortex” is about dreamers, about those who spend their lives wishing they could do the things they always wanted, but have been held back for one reason or another. The question of “Can you live the perfect life?” is the central conflict within the story, and its protagonist, Nathan.
