Being a sedentary person, almost permanently having to sit on a chair in front of a computer, I recently started to worry about this lifestyle and its influence on my health. I read a lot about this subject, but to be sincere, aside from some extra daily walking and changing a few eating habits, I’ve done no major alterations until now.

When I heard about the “Change Your Posture, Change Your Life” course on Udemy, I wondered if this can help me. So, I enrolled myself in the course. It was not the first time I heard about the instructor. Prior to this course, I read a very motivational book written by Greg Parry, and I have to admit that because of this, I gained a lot of trust in him. Therefore, I stepped inside this course with lots of optimism.

From the beginning, my expectations were high (so I thought), but there was nothing to give me an inclination of what it would really be like. Well… I was so surprised! My expectations were in fact so small compared with what this course offered!

Starting with the third section in the course, I was so excited by the multitude of presented exercises that I almost jumped in the center of my living room and started to copy what the instructor was describing. I have to admit that he has such a good assistant, and together they form the perfect couple for this training course in which you learn how to change your posture in order to improve the quality of your life.

There are lots of elements that I never thought about. The course is structured in such a way that it covers the main aspects, or better said all the aspects that can fulfill your goals.

You will learn here HOW TO:

  • soften your shoulders
  • distress your derriere
  • adjust your jaw
  • eyeball the eyes
  • behold the breath
  • help your hands
  • find your feet
  • don’t hang your head
  • don’t frown the forehead
  • hail the hearty
  • and much more

The course is so good, and it contains so many techniques, that it’s not the type of video you would want to watch only “one time”. You really should watch it several times, just to be sure that you take advantage of all the valuable information included.

What I like about Udemy courses is that once you graduate a course, you can go back repeatedly, and this will give you the chance to manage the learning process in your busy life.

I recommend this product to anyone who wants to improve their health and accordingly have a better life. I will not give details about the remedies provided in this course here. Even if I would so much like to do it, this would not be very professional of me, would it? However, I will say once more that I was surprised about how many things I’ve learned from it.

A combination of meditation, breathing, stretching, relaxing techniques, Pilates, hypnosis, I can almost swear that this course doesn’t lack anything. But what is most important from my point of view, is that you don’t need to be an athlete to do it. Contrary, anyone can practice quite easily the techniques revealed by Greg Parry, no matter of what age, weight, mobility, sports abilities and so on.

In a nutshell, I recommend this course with all my heart. Simply because… this is not just a course. This is a treasure that each one of us should possess!
