I was never..
Really a poet!
Until the heart-kissing moment..
When whispers of your glances..
Breathed thrill of a new-born life..
Into random graffiti of my pen..
Crowning it with a poet’s cap!
I was never..
Really a lover..
Until the lyrical moment..
When fragrant shadows of your tresses..
Beckoned me with a drunken invitation..
To fall in love..
With the story of our love!
